Chasey Curry is the beautiful and versatile young singer, songwriter, and actress whose spiritual connection and musical style make her an undeniable force within the entertainment community.
Chasey Curry was born in Fullerton, California soon moving to Temecula, California where her singing abilities blossomed at the age of eight. She joined the Christian Youth Theatre program where she participated in her first production at the age of nine in the musical “Little Mermaid.” After many thrilling experiences, she then made a commitment to pursue a life in the performing arts. Today, God is allowing her to do just that. She touches people’s lives while she sings before countless churches, theatrical performances, conferences and competitions. She spends much of her time helping many non-profit organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation; where she sings for terminally ill children.
Chasey Curry is truly a woman of artistic brilliance whose relationship with God has gifted her with the beautiful combination of sound theatre education, strong music and drama experience, sensational stage presence and a delightful personality which lifts her to a level of performing excellence. “More than anything, please know that I love God. I have a personal and abiding faith in Him,” says Chasey.
Her accomplishments are numerous and demonstrate her dedication to her career. She has gained the lead role in countless theatre productions, including Aladdin, Charlotte’s Web, Narnia, and many others. Chasey competes in many vocal competitions. Her beautiful voice helps deliver many awards from the Valley Idol Competition, The Orange Blossom Festival, and other state events. She has been in many leading tour groups including the Leading Ladies Broadway Review and Center Stage.
Chasey’s training is extensive and includes many top professionals in the music industry. Gladys Knight’s musical director, John Fluker, has personally trained her. Evelyn Halus, a UCLA Professor and professional recording artist for Disney, has also helped to develop Chasey Curry’s musical talent.
Her other skills are plentiful and further help her singing abilities. These include playing the piano and guitar. In her free time she enjoys gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, and wakeboarding.
