Album Notes

Ché Zuro and Tisa Adamson recorded "SOAK" on July 14, 2001, at Hallenbecks General Store Studios in North Hollywood, CA. Tracks include songs from Ché's solo recordings, "10,000 Jalama Road", "Welcome Home", and next years studio release, as well as tunes that will more than likely never be recorded in the studio.

Ché and Tisa met when their mutual friend Brie Howard Darling (Boxing Gandhis, Jimmy Buffett, Carole King) organized an all-girl band to tour Tahiti! (The band was appropriately named "TROUBLE," and also included the amazing Liza Carbé (Incendio, Book of Storms, Vixen) on bass guitar and vocals.) After the adventure was over, Ché and Tisa put Trinity Street together, with the two of them perfecting their Beatlesque harmonies and honing their songwriting skills.

They have received honors in both the John Lennon Songwriting Contest ("Daddy Had To Go To Heaven") and The Billboard Songwriting Contest ("Blue Skies"). These songs can be found on Ché's solo cds, "10,000 Jalama Road" and "Welcome Home" respectively, available here at cdbaby.com.

Tisa, primarily a keyboard player, picked up the guitar a few years back and asked Ché if she could sit in with her at a gig or two. Now Ché seldom performs alone (unless it's in snow-country!)! They continue to pen great tunes and have a blast at their various gigs all over the place.
