Well written & constructed songs with a cinematic "air" about them. They could just as well be short movie soundtracks, the story being discovered within the lyrics.
Genre: Pop: Delicate

Album Notes

Who are you, Chelsea?

I remember discovering music, as a kid, early one morning. My mum was still asleep in bed as I turned on the radio and found music.
By turning the dial I found all different types. So from then on, every morning I listened very quietly so I wouldn't wake me mum.
I went through it all from soul to rock to jazz to blues and church music. It was an explosive discovery for me.

Later I discovered great composers like the brothers Bernstein (Leonard & Elmer)and their stuff (soundtracks) was incredible.

As music goes on, I believe, only the techniques are new, music, it's all basically the same (the same chords and patterns etc).

Growing up in Hollywood I was very into films and soundtracks (the power of music to enhance a movie scene with emotional sounds).
Its great.

Living in Europe, now, I am more exposed to music from all over the world and not just what comes out of the radio.
Actually, while living in Europe, I listened less to the radio but I heard MORE music.
