Accomplished Singer/Songwriter Cherie Deeds weaves inspirational lyrics with Pop/Rock/Country/World textures into a spiritual blend that will move you and get you moving. Featuring renowned world musicians Jai Uttal and Geoffrey Gordon, along with Producer/Player David Vito Gregoli.

Cherie Deeds is a phenomenal singer/songwriter/keyboard player with a wide range of styles; from pop to jazz and r&b to country, Cherie started her musical career at an early age. She started taking voice lessons at the age of 11. She has studied under Seth Riggs and Phil Groves and was a music major at UCLA. At the age of 14 she went professional when she joined an all girl vocal band called Ronnie's Angels. From then on she went on to join various other bands and has performed in many venues in the Los Angeles area.

Cherie has written many songs and her works have been produced and recorded by talents such as Nashville producer/songwriter Robert Jason and Dharmapala Records' David Vito Gregoli. Currently Cherie is the Musical Director at the Westlake Church of Religious Science in the Los Angeles area. She recently performed at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza with author Marianne Williamson.

Positive, inspiring, and uplifting, "Daughter of Love" is a must-listen. Too often popular music seeks to simply supply a groove, but this record is at once thoughtful and heart-felt. You can't ignore the lyrics, and who would want to? The message is one of joy and expansion, but it's not preachy. Cherie's voice is passionate and the music still has the power to move. I play this record when I'm down, and it always brings a smile. More feel-good tunes, please!

Every song is inspiring to me

I purchased this CD after hearing one of the songs at a Christening. After the service, I  bought it and have been enthralled everytime i'm in my car listening to it.  Cherie's voice is angelic and every song is inspiring to me.
This group of songs, arrangements, sounds are so very meaningful to me. I arrive at my destinations happy and energized- let alone inspired. Pick up a copy!!
