   I received your CD yesterday. Great stuff! It kind of sounds like a modern day blues-rock band with Jimi on guitar. Great rythym section work, writing, and arranging as well as your emotional, eloquent guitar playing and vocals! I own all of the original Hendrix recordings on vynyl as well as the remastered CD stuff and have played them a million times. I haven't discovered anything "new" that I haven't already heard by Jimi in a long time. Your album is like discovering a brand new Hendrix album, very inspirational! Thanks again,

Chicago already knows, now the rest of America will after they hear Cherokee Gypsy. Grasshopper has been influenced by some of the greatest guitarists of all time. From the opening "...Comes Around" you hear "Slowhand's" feel, then you jump right into "Playing from the Heart" a la Robin Trower. From there you hear the Hendrix inspired "Joni" and "Jimi's Tune" followed up by some bluesy Buddy Guy/Robert Johnson powered licks. If you like the sounds of these people, this disk is a must have for your collection. Grasshopper will make you remember when music was fun, and you'll be anxiously awaiting the next installment of his awesome axe playing.
