Album Notes

A powerful six-pack of soul tonic! Carl Chesna's debut packs a punch, and feeds your head.

The first track, You're Gonna Shine earned a glowing review in Billboard. His song St. Anthony beat out over 200 entrants for inclusion on Acoustic Rainbow's CD sampler, and receives airplay all over the globe! It is has also been nominated by 'Just Plain Folks', and industry organization, for best alternative song - only 10 songs were selected from over 6,000 entries!

The Psychology of Waiting? It's about living your life - without excuses, and without compromise.

Chesna challenges society's values and judgements surrounding success. He offers an alternative to being dormant in our lives, and suggests finding joy in the process, rather than preoccupation with results.

Life is not about waiting. It's about taking risks. The Carl Chesna Band is in the studio now, working on their first full length CD, Prayer to the Black Madonna - scheduled for release on Regular Records 10/00.
