the writer/composer and bassist of the chevy ford band is also an accomplished musician of multiple means. multi track guitar examples are featured in this solo collection consisting of cuts done for film and audio-visual productions. many tracks are crafted just for that purpose and can be acquired to that end... or you can just sit back and groove on the variety of styles laid down on these 23 tracks. there's something here for everyone to enjoy and take inspiration from.

Between Love sounds like john maher style a bit Cry reminds me of chet atkins tone qualities and strumming technique G blues has stevie ray Vaughn feeling to it and style Island Girl my favorite on here for that breezy feel Kandi is a wonderful free flowing melody – a marketable addition should be a soundtrack Lovetaker has a latin feel with a jazzy and different sounding addition Mask is a great addition to this collection as it adds depth and mystery – another good soundtrack option Overall lots of experimentation with guitar tones and effects on this CD – enough to make us listen in awe Read more...
