normally I'm not a fan a jazz. I think jazz lately has become to intellectualized and to deriviate(every horn player reuse Coletrain's licks, every drummer play like Max Roach ect..). this Cd however is unique CHISHTI didn't set out to sound like anyone else. usually I just listen to music but this music i felt.

The Cd really flows nicely and even though I have never been to Hong Kong I can get an idea of it, but also I loved the electronic style done by live musicians it is nice to here, sounds a little like tim haggans last blue note effort.I hope the group does another disc soon.
