ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The experiments in antiquity paved evolution beyond physicality, eventually transcending the psychological, where it finally soared through its Dimensional space: the path in which one wanders respectfully becomes those things we love within our sector of the fabric. A renewed quintessence, a cultivated faith, fostered by a new fascination… Slicer & Chaurand both embrace such ancient forms that embody the interminable, yet absolute quest for knowledge. Music has endured the bludgeoning stones of knowledge with devoted intimacy and weathered resilience, in order to arrive…..Hear.

Wow.
"Wow" pretty much sums it up in one word for this EP. It is really, really original stuff, and there are so many things going on! I can easily see "Redrown" or "Together too" destroying the dance floor, while "Ping of the East" and "Womb" are examples of beautiful headphone treasure. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends. Great stuff.

impressive
having recently dabbled with a bit of a music production myself (i try :P), and being classically trained on the flute ever since i was a teeny little kid, i have really come to appreciate what it takes to deliver both aspects of one's music without sacrificing one or the other. i think all of the songs on this album are impressive examples of just this: great ideas fused with really original presentation and really good production. excellent stuff.
