The project Peace Expressing is a call to each listener to choose peace in their life and to hold a higher vision of love in any given situation, despite whatever the challenges may be. We can't expect not to face challenges. Christ himself faced challenges. Choosing peace you call forward the Christ within and employ a higher self to super-cede your humanness. These songs give you melodies that you can cling to and embrace in your times of trial. They are tools to help you choose peace and love and to be Peace Expressing in every situation. This project is dedicated to all peace makers and is officially released on April 4th. On the anniversary of the passing of Dr. Martin Luther King. Chris Foster's spiritual growth has been a beautiful thing to watch. On this CD, he takes a lifetime of experiences and somehow manages to creates a spiritual soundtrack that is inspirational without being preachy, filled with insights without ever bogging down- the musicianship, the vocals- it all comes together as his quintessential work. I have to tell you that the piece Namaste Namaste is one of the most exquisite songs on so many levels - melody, lyric and vocal. Chris is a tremendous talent and his vulnerable heart beats through every nuanced message in this memorable work. Other highlights include My Solemn Prayer and the wonderfully catchy Love Love Love.
