Chris Seefried is a very talented singer/songwriter/musician/producer. In his first solo release, Denim Blue, Chris demonstrates his creative ability to write beautiful lyrics and melodies. His songs are inspiring, soothing, and delightful for the heart and soul. He walks us through the experiences we can all relate to in the magical journey of life itself. Every song on the cd is a quest for meaning and introspective not only in his life but ours as well. "Hand of Fate" reminds us to live in the present moment. "Justified" reminds us of how to live that moment. The other songs will make you smile while you reflect on the simplicity and complexity of love and happiness. ... or perhaps I'm still drunk.  Denim Blue is a beautiful collection of songs, masterfully written, played, produced, and sung by Chris Seefried.  These have been some of my favorite songs since seeing Chris perform live several years ago.  Perhaps that's why the album is so comforting and feels like an old friend.  But more likely, it's due to the stories Chris tells through his lyrics - they're more than just songs, Chris takes you on an unforgettable journey. 

Good for hangovers, late nights, early mornings, lazy afternoons, or anytime you want to feel like someone knows you better than you know yourself. 

Track 3 - "Sweet Love" - is my favorite song on the album...for a few reasons.  Buy Denim Blue and see for yourself!
