Album Notes

Chrissy Williams, from Puyallup Washington, is proud to announce the release of her second CD entitled, "Until I'm Ready".

The music was recorded and arranged in Nashville utilizing some of the most talented studio musicians, most of which are frequently hired for tours with national recording artists, to include one of the backup singers who toured with Elvis Presley, in the height of his career.

Unique vocals and skillfully blended musical arrangements have together created a moving mix of songs about love. Wanting it, finding it, losing it, and getting over it.

Don't count yourself out if you don't consider yourself an avid country fan.

With an open mind and an open heart, there is something for everyone on this album.

REVIEWS

Light upbeat melodies merge with a heavier message
author: Christine Kahler
I am very lucky in the way that I am already very familiar with Chrissy's vocal talents, as I have consistently enjoyed Chrissy's performances locally here in Northwest corners of Washington. What I wasn't so familiar with was her own song writing abilities. The zest and energy that I am accustomed to receiving and now come to expect from Chrissy when she performs, I delightfully found in the way of her music on this very personal album. There wasn't a single track on this album that I chose to skip thru, which for me is saying quite a lot as I tend to quickly loose interest with depressing lyrics and droning melodies. Although several of the tracks deal with the heavy subject of adultery, Chrissy's melodies remain upbeat and happy. Take my hand and Baby Don't Look Good Bein' Blue, as well as Leave One Bridge Standin reveal a glowing singer, whose own feelings of love are evident not only in the lift of her voice but in the consistency of the messages in all the tracks together as a whole. The entire album maintains a steady light-hearted rhythm which has kept my CD player busy time and time again. Only one question remains.... Where can I get a copy of her first album?
