Album Notes

Christina Cross has been exploring the mind, body, spirit connection for the past thirty years. She works in a wide range of health disciplines as an acupuncturist, bodyworker, Voice Dialogue facilitator, intuitive consultant, and meditation teacher. Her classes and CDs give people encouragement and tools to enhance their health and well-being. Christina lives in Northern California with her husband and two children where she gardens, teaches, and provides intuitive consultations.
