Album Notes

Christina Ray is a Singer-songwriter from Huntington Beach, California (http://www.christina-ray.com) who has been recognized by VH-1’s Save the Music Foundation, after winning First Place in the Country division for VH-1’s Song of the Year Contest. The number 1. track on this compilation, "Do You Ever Love Me?" was the winning song.

This compilation is the prelim to the debut CD, "Who I Wanna Be". The arrangements on this CD are very simple, yet pretty - with just a vocal and a guitar. A couple of the songs were slightly re-written and re-arranged with the assistance of Peter Dobson, Producer, Arranger and Guitarist. The mastered songs, in their revamped sound, appear on the CD, "Who I Wanna Be", along with six other original tracks. All but one of the eleven songs, were written by Christina Ray.

The musicians on this CD were as follows: Tim Bagley (Guitarist), tracks 2., 3., and 4., and Peter Dobson (Guitarist, Arranger) tracks 1., (VH-1 Song of the Year Winner; December 2005) and track 5.
