Album Notes
Enjoy the powerful and soulful live performance of this Brazilian art/folk song recorded in 2012. Lyric soprano Christine Powers is accompanied on the piano by Maestro Gioacchino Longobardi who also arranged the song as the composer is unknown. The only known recording is from a 1980s Brazilian TV show starring beloved Brazilian soprano Gina Maria Hidalgo.
