Gospel music has been described and influenced by many different cultures and styles from churchy, to hip hop, to jazz and even funk, but the new era of Spiritual Soul a musical genre in itself, is being introduced by the new and eccentric sounds of the male trio “Christopher”, consisting of Christopher McNeal, Christopher Reid and Christopher Surratt.

Established in Dayton, Ohio the trio has managed to reflect their raw and uncut perspectives of the Christian journey through their music. Their heart felt lyrics touch on real issues that real people who really love Jesus deal with on a day-to-day basis. The group adds emphasis to the need for truth and realism in Christianity, by giving a voice to those who love and appreciate God, but may not always do the right things.

Christopher is most renown for their transparency in every aspect of their lives, not afraid to allow their personal testimonies and life struggles influence and demonstrate the fullness of Gods love through their music. Their newest release “The Journey” has a little something for everyone to relate to and appreciate, from the young to the old, the saved to the unsaved.

The gift of Spiritual Soul that Christopher brings compels the hearts of the saved and unsaved alike to the knowledge of the love of God and lends itself to the truth of life, not always what we want it to be, but what it actually is.
