Album Notes

Most famously the creator of The Dating Game, The Newlywed Game and mastermind and host of the wildly popular and utterly bizarre Gong Show, Chuck Barris has produced some of the most innovative and groundbreaking television of our time. Most recently the subject of a major motion picture Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, his best selling unauthorized autobiography brings to the podium the hilarious chronicle of his rise in Hollywood, his exploits as a CIA assassin, his triumphs as a best selling author, hit music writer and the real story of how he changed television forever.

A consummate entertainer, Chuck reveals another side of his talents with his debut release on Domo Records, Confessions of a Dangerous Singer. Performing some of the most classic standards of our day, You\'re Nobody \'till Somebody Loves You, On the Sunny Side of the Street, Mr Sandman, Ain\'t Misbehavin\' as well as Bob Dylan\'s Don\'t Think Twice, Chuck compliments this collections with his songwriting talents as well including his 1962 hit Palisades Park and Old Mother Trucker.
