He is one of the world's best percussionists and composers.
His vocal styles are similar to that of Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder.
When Chuck sings, or plays his drums, all the ladies listen! He was a staff percussionist with SugarHill Records, has toured and performed with the Sugarhill Gang, Kurtis Blow, Madonna, Regina Belle, Roberta Flack, Isley Brothers, and Grand Master Flash.
He is the leader of his own group, Soul Jazz Collaboration, which was number 1 on MP3.com for the year 2000.
