Cindy Ashton is a motivational performer, speaker and expert in helping people kiss their monsters, unleash their courage and live their greatest lives.

Cindy was born with a 20% chance of living, underwent three heart surgeries by age fourteen and was left in chronic pain and with a damaged lung. She has recovered well beyond doctor’s expectations.

A nationally published writer, Cindy presents keynote speeches, interactive seminars and motivational concerts across North America. Using a powerful blend of story, song and hands on tools, Cindy combines her extensive backgrounds in performing, education and kinesiology with her own real life experience.

Cindy has been featured on CBC Radio 2, Chin Radio and the Body Mind Spirit Show as well as other national media. She released her debut CD, Don’t Rain On My Parade, in 2006 and her Kiss the Monster Meditation CD in 2008.

Cindy has been chosen to write and sing the title track in the upcoming documentary movie, The Time is Now, featuring leaders such as Jack Canfield and Tony Robbins.
