Are life's challenges stressing you a bit?? Learn to relax. This CD was created for my son (and myself) when I was going through a tough divorce. He couldn't sleep unless I would tell him a story, and I was so stressed that I needed to be calm myself for it to work. These stories were favorites for both of us. They teach anyone to find that calm place within which is filled with peace and joy and love and security. It was what we needed then and that feeling is now part of our lives. This is a good place.

Since that time, I earned my yoga teacher certification from Kundalini Research Institute. I teach yoga and relaxation to people of all ages and abilities.

Other people who have benefited from listening to the CD: Kids who can't sleep at grandma's house because they are wound up and excited... children with ADHD who need to learn tools that help them focus and slow down... a woman who had foot surgery and was in a lot of pain till the medication took effect...Older people with Parkinson's disease...yoga students during final relaxation. The list goes on. The stories I hear from the people that I've helped let me know that something positive came from a tough time in my life- not just for me but for many others as well.
