Nashville – New York – Hollywood (AIRA Awards) Cindy Dewey Larson is perhaps the greatest soprano voice to ever sing Gospel music. A committed Christian and devoted wife and mother, this artist could have chosen to be a superstar in any genre of music. Mrs. Larson is the oldest daughter of super tenor singer, Levoy Dewey. She literally started on a stage as a child with her sister Suzanne, her mother Cleon and the very famous group, The Deweys. They recorded for the The Benson Heartwarming label in Nashville.

By the time she could talk, Cindy Larson was writing songs for several albums that she and her sister Suzanne recorded by themselves with Nashville’s best session musicians. In fact the Deweys actually recorded an album in which they used the London Philharmonic orchestra for the strings on the project. The family traveled all over the entire world as missionary evangelists for the Assemblies Of God denomination located in Springfield, Missouri.

Being no stranger to the music business, Cindy Dewey Larson has a much awarded career as a singer/songwriter in Music City. The Academy Of International Recording Artists gave the family the “Contemporary Christian Artist Of The Decade” award in 1993. This incredible award followed the release of the “Follow The Leader” album in Contemporary Christian music. As a songwriter, Cindy Larson has had numerous songs in the Billboard gospel music charts. Mrs. Larson and her husband Mark have been associated with the music business as professional session musicians and background vocalists on some of the most famous music projects in Music City USA. Nashville is their home and even with all the responsibilities of raising a family, running a business and faithfully participating with her dad in countless tours around the world, Mrs. Larson brings a special touch to this project "Stages Of My Life."

You can’t listen to the song "Worship Him" without being caught up in this incredible praise music. This music is all like the song on the album. It’s truly Powerful Praise. Perhaps the greatest radio song for Contemporary Christian stations is "Looking Back" which was written by Mrs. Larson. Cindy Larson’s powerful vocals are so moving that when the average listener hears her sing, there are many times the audience just stands up while she is performing.
