Album Notes

In 1997, Cindy discovered the Blues and began frequenting Dallas-area Blues jams. Noted for her energetic stage presence, vocal range, and powerful voice, Cindy has rocked the house in large venues such as the Stevie Ray Vaughan Tribute at The Bronco Bowl and is equally acclaimed for the sultry sound of the Blues in club venues around the D/FW area.

Cindy Maloney is an accomplished singer and songwriter and is registered with BMI songwriters association. She produced her first CD entitled " Blues Now and Then" which features Cindy's original tunes as well as classic blues covers to provide the listener with a variety of blues styles. In August of 2003 her CD received a great review by Southwest Blues Magizine.

Cindy is currently the lead singer and keyboard player for "Baloney Moon" an acoustic blues combo. This group performs blues, classic rock, and originals including selections from the CD, "Blues Now and Then" performed 'unplugged'.
