"Cintron is a Latin soul band from the Philadelphia/New Jersey area that was formed in the winter of 2000-2001 by jazz percussionist, Edgardo Cintron and producer/vocalist, Rocco DePersia. While often recognized for applying their patened Latin Soul sound to covers of existing music, the CD is a collection of only original materials taken from their previously released records. To date, Cintron has released 4 CDs, Absolutely, Hitmen, Back In The Day, and Latin Soul, all of which have received exceptionally favorable reviews and significant airplay.
