'A means to no end' is the third solo release from London, UK-based Paranoid Foundation frontman Crispin Lee.

Reviving his City Paranoid project - last witnessed on 2004's foreboding 'Dream's Edge' project, Lee shows signs of real growth and development delivering an excellent work of contemporary sonic art.

Largely based around field recordings with layers of electronics, electro-acoustic improvisations and spoken word, these eleven tracks produce a highly visual and immersive work.

A successful collage of the dark side of London life filtered through the eyes and ears of a detached observer.
