Christopher John Blue
Bio


Christopher John Blue is a singer/songwriter/guitarist born in Paisley Scotland in 1972. Christopher has been writing and playing guitar since 1985. In 1993 he attended South Devon College in England to study music composition and theory. While in Toronto Canada 1996-99 Christopher founded two bands; I.M.P.I & Mr. Skin & The Candy Coated Creeps. He has played various venues around Ontario Canada and in the south of England. Christopher also worked as a stage tech/sound engineer for the former Virgin recording artist Nash The Slash. In 2002 Christopher made his acting debut in an independent short film production A Quiet Time Before Killing by Mark Miles.

Most recently Christopher has written, co-produced & mixed his debut solo album Still Awake released independently 2005.Christopher is currently writing songs for his 2nd album due for release 2008.

Beautifully melodic well structured pop music !
The tracks that stick in my mind from the first listen are the title track Still Awake & Take It All Away. Although my favorite song on the record is definately Another Love. This album is brilliant! One of the best indie records I've ever heard. Why he's not famous yet, I'll never know !
