Album Notes

A musician and songwriter for more than 20 years, Mark is adept at finding a hook or a groove that relates to people. Mark Clarin has lived in the SF Bay area for most of his life. He began playing guitar off and on at age 7 but really took it seriously at age 12. He started playing in a garage band at 14. At 15, Mark started his professional career playing at the school dances and some concerts around the bay area during his high school days. He played in the high school jazz ensemble, faking his way through 3 years of competitions. Mark played in the Cuteye Higgins band, Southbound, The Q, The Lone Sharks, The Locals, and Interstate 76. He has also worked as a session musician and backup guitarist in many bay area bands. Look for Mark now playing as a member of the "Bacchus Brothers".
