Description:
Jordan’s music is infused with honesty, intimacy, and force. Her lyrics deal with a variety of topics from frustration with life in small town America to a strong love of queer pride, to loss, broken hearts, anger, lust, love stories, and wicked crushes.
Bio:
Jordan is a 25-year-old musician from rural upstate NY, a Smith College grad, and now a resident of Somerville, MA. In recent years she has performed regularly for friends, charity benefits, open mics, coffeehouses, and as an opener for a number of performers passing through Northampton, MA. She is now developing her music career in the Somerville/Cambridge/Boston area, and is looking for bookings wherever they may be.
Notes:
Jordan has opened for a number of musicians in the last four years including: Ellis, Chris Pureka and Alix Olson, and Jason Levasseur.
She has also played many venues including: The Middle East, Grrl Rush, Skybar, Tribe, The Abbey Lounge, Smith College, and Wheelock College.
