An artist that has grew up on the lyrics of the solid country music of Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, and Hank Jr. mixed with the hard driving guitar riffs of the southern rock era. Makes for a no doubt Red Dirt/ Texas Music albulm sure to take new fans by storm. For his freshman albumn he has a great mix, from songs that make you proud of where you come from (Lonestar State of Mind, and Texas Pirate), to songs that make you realize what love is all about (Kiss the Devil), to what it is like to deal with a true love lost (I'm Trained, and On My Mind), to (Songs I Sing) a song that is more like a bio.
