Album Notes

Colette was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Beatles fan since infancy, she became facinated with musical instruments (mainly guitars) as a child.

As a singer/songwriter,Colette has written over one hundred songs and has released two CDs. Her first CD,"SOMETIMES PATIENCE", is a solo acoustic CD. "TASTE THIS", her second release, has a full band production on most of the tracks. It was produced by Dan Hayes and Mark Malysa.

Besides The Beatles, Colette's musical influences include Fleetwood Mac, Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt,Carole King and The Pretenders, among others.

As a performer, Colette has opened shows for Roger McGuinn, Moxie Fervous, and has played the side stage at Blossom Music Center in Ohio, before Lyle Lovett and K.D. Lang. In August of 2002 she won the "We Hope We Passed the Audition" contest at the Beatles festival, "Abbey Road on the River" at Nautica Stage in Cleveland, by performing her soulful version of "Dear Prudence". Besides winning a trip to England, she had the honor of meeting George Harrison's sister, Louise Harrison after the show.

Colette's album Taste This is so good....my husband blasts it from the living room player so he can hear it in my garden in the backyard....and the neighbors want to know who she is and where she plays so they can go experience her live.... I hate to have to tell them they can't see her locally. But I really have a blast responding to the the typical response of 'why WON'T you copy it for me? I'll send you to her CD Site!!!!' What else are neighbors for....Personally, I play her day and especially at night, when I'm trying to unwind and trying to appreciate all the work I've accomplished through the day. She's excellent as a singer, songwriter, and guitar player....it's only a matter of time before the big guys find her and sign her. Her Sometimes Patience CD evokes similar adoration from both of us and we are without a doubt DEVOTED FANS
