THE COLLEGIANS have been entertaining for over 30 years. The band, known for "Beach Music," is diversified in musical styles. THE COLLEGIANS have performed with THE DRIFTERS, CHAIRMEN OF THE BOARD, BREEZE BAND, CATALINAS, THE ENTERTAINERS, IMPRESSIONS, 1964 BEATLES, BACHMAN-TURNER OVERDRIVE, VAN DELLS, Billy Scott & The Prophets and many others. Audiences from Williamsburg, VA to Greenville, TN have enjoyed the band at festivals, dances, weddings and many many functions.

Album Description

The Collegians, well known for their "Carolina Beach Music," have come up with a collection of songs that fits well within that general style but extends the genre into new territory. Yes, there are some good shaggin' tempos here. But, you will also enjoy a touch of soul and R&B several of the tracks employ as well as a couple of heart felt ballads.
