Former Detroiter Christian Collin now calls Chicago his home.  He and his band Molasses have a new self-released album titled "Molasses Disaster."  The eleven tracks range from heavy blues-based rock to hints of R&B to acoustic blues.  This blues man has the vocal skills to cover the range with ease and has the guitar licks to back it up.  Spider loves the entire CD although his favorite tracks are "The River" and "I'm Tore Down."  Do yourself a favor and catch his show when he visits our area.
