COLORBAN is the name, He is a reggae pop artist like no other, with his Jamaican-styled vocals and pop singing style, He is a force to be recanted with. He started singing at the age of ten years old in Brooklyn. A little after is family moves to the United State, Brooklyn, NY. Where he grows up and attended school, P.S. 138 and Prospect Height high school in Brooklyn. At lunch time in school he and his boys used to beet on the lunch tables making beats, they would all make music like reggae, rap, hip hop and pop. His singing style is call singer J which is a combination of singing and chatting together. Some of his influences are singer like the late Tenor Saw, Culture, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Shabba Rank, Burning Spear and some old school souls like Sam Cook and Not King Cole. And also a little mixture of rock Artiste likes Cold play and Goo Goo Dolls. Two of the best of all time Tupac and Biggie Small. He is a well round artiste and amazing to listen to, it don’t matter what mood you are in. He just releases three single “Ment To Be Along”, “Thousand Tear” and “Flippin”.
