"I don't know how I got a ticket to this ride, how I got up to the front of this line," Dan Connolly sings in Feel Your Way. Well Dan, we know how you got to the front of this line (reply his fans): smooth, upbeat harmonies with poignant lyrics that encourage us all to live to the fullest. Dan's unique acknowledgment of the present and commitment to living in the moment has been shaped by a life of eclectic experiences, including traveling the globe, fatherhood, deep sea diving for the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Program, and performing for the Dalai Lama's visit to Seattle.

Dan Connolly's passion for music began at a young age, inspired through harmonizing Irish folk songs with his father and sister. The singer/songwriter was born in Savannah, Georgia and left home at 19 to travel the world. With his only necessities: a backpack and a guitar, Dan traversed the country hitchhiking and then joined the Navy in order to travel the globe. During Dan's 12 years of service with the Navy as a deep sea diver, he gave his first live performance on an aircraft carrier where he entertained thousands of Naval comrades with his unique, untrained and yet unparalleled vocal style. After leaving the Navy Dan pursued diverse experiences and embraced the unexpected. While traveling in Bogotá, Columbia in 2005 Dan first experienced recording in a studio. The popularity of these initial recordings inspired Dan to share his music. Now, at home in Seattle, Washington Dan has begun work on his first album, expected to be released in May, and is enjoying playing shows with other local musicians.
