Album Notes

Cooper represents a clear link between Fusion and Jam with a real gift for playing notes that have meaning.
Bold! Complex! Tasty! All three apply to his music.

It's been "Way Too Long" - keep them coming!

"Way Too Much" and especially "Ninetyfour" reminds of the "Lake Acid" days, I had to get out the PayPal and support Cooper once again. Been following you since the Tone Poets days and had the good fortune to catch you a couple of times in Atlanta. I'm still keeping the fusion alive at http://www.digitaljon.com, you may hear some of your influence, as well as as some Holdsworth and Metheny/Mays. Great works, Cooper! If I had any complaints, I'd say hit em harder in the beginning like you do in "Let Go" and "Lake Acid", you can bring down the dynamics and be melodic after you've grabbed the audience. I always wait for the goodies in your tones and tunes because I know that they are coming. Others might not be so patient. Anyways, like always, perfecto on the solos, amazing! Jon F.
