"Corey Andrew's" We're All Stars maxi single released, nations top DJs spinning dance remixes.
If ever there has been a dance floor anthem serving as a reflection of the times in which we live, it's We're All Stars by Corey Andrew. Initially written as a mantra promoting self ambition and one's desires to leave their mark on what can often be an un-accepting world, the song is the title track to Corey Andrew's Rock influenced debut CD. However, it's the current remixes by Bronx born dance music producer, Sam Pena and Memphis based veteran producer, DJ Graflin that are driving this message home even harder throughout dance floors across America.
Corey Andrew's new dance themed declaration is simple yet infectious: I'm a star! You're a star! Yeah, We're all stars!, and with the release of the We're All Stars Maxi-single which includes 5 remixes, 2 radio edits plus acapellas, dance music fans are in for a real journey. DJ Graflin's Enlightenment mix is a trance like atmospheric reworking of the tune that is sure to become a Lounge/Chill-Out favorite, while the Tribal Vox Vocal and Galactic inspired hi energy interpretations of the song by Sam Pena already have found their way to top DJ play lists.
"Though I am not a dance artist, my dance remixes are very important to me since I am still a club kid at heart. I consider it a triumph to gain the acceptance of the dance music audience in addition to a main stream commercial radio audience. DJ's have always played an integral part in the success of recording artists" -Corey Andrew.
The We're All Stars Maxi-single is available through www.cdbaby.com,www.cdstreet.com,www.coreyandrew.com, and digital on-line retailers in the near future. Great single with a well-delivered vocal. Sam Pena's mixes are nice but a bit commercial sounding. Graflin's mix hits the spot for me. It combines Middle Eastern/Indian elements with the percussion and sitar. It is not a peaktime floor filler, but will work great as a comedown track.

I love that! The song is very good and Corey's is a beautiful voice. Sam Pena's mixes is very amazing, especially Tribal Vox. DJ Graflin's mixes is not bad but it's not my favorite. These acapella versions, for me, it's not essential. Very hot ! I can't wait for te next maxi single!
