Born Vincent Corey Richardson on the Westside of Chicago Illinois
And raised on the Southside. Corey’s star, has always shinned.
Being the oldest of five children he had no choice but to be a leader. When Vince went to High school, new doors opened for him
And he really started to develop his instrument. Singing in talent show and joining the pop swing chorus. But singing wasn’t enough
He learned to write songs and play piano by ear. Which lead him to
Composing music also.
His career didn’t really take of until he met Robert Kelly, Shawnth Brooks and Marc Mc Williams and form a group called R. Kelly and MGM (Mentally Gifted Men). From there they went on to perform and sing in talent shows, Showtime At The Apollo, BRE music convention, The New Regal Talent Show and Fox Televisions Big Break hosted by Natalie Cole. Winning every event, the ride soon came to an end when the group broke up and went separate ways.
Since then Vince has toured opening up for artist like Brian Mc Knight, Yolanda Adams, Avant and sang background for Atlantic records R&B group Intro, Howard Hewett, and from the group “Silk” Gary Jenkins. Also he was first runner up for Chicago radio station 107.5 WGCI contest CHICAGO IDOL
Acting has also played a part in Vince’s career when he played the lead role in the stage play THE SULTRY MEN OF SOUL. Where he played the part of Donny Hathaway at the Oasis Edutainment Theater in Dolton Illinois. And he played a role in an independent movie MY PHAMILY BBQ (Maverick Entertainment) 2003. On video at Blockbuster and Hollywood video.

Grant had star billing in the stage play and DVDs Tell Hell I Ain't Comin', Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married and Love Ain't Supposed To Hurt. In the earlier part his entertainment career, Tony was cast for the lead role in the stage play "A Good Man is Hard to Find" in 1991. From there he has become one of the most popular leading men in the stage play industry. In January 2008, Grant began touring with the Tyler Perry stage production The Marriage Counselor.
Corey and Tony want to stand out by changing the format of what tradition praise and worship, gospel or Chistian music was, to include other listeners so they too could get the message. (Like J. Moss And Kirk Franklin did) only in his own way not copy them.
