Always exploring for new musical horizons, characteristic of her infinite creativity, Corina Bartra has taken her spiritual finding into realms of Hindu and Sikh traditional music writen by a Forest Hills based world musician originally from Peru. Corina records CD's which are in the style of world Jazz with strong Afro Peruvian influence. Expounding and sharing her spiritual practise of chanting and meditation, she also records CD's that have that character.Simultaneously, while studying Jazz at Mannes College of Music in New York, she has been a devoted student of North Classical Indian music with Pargit Singh.
