Album Notes

Ron's Love of music, (predominately 60's rock) and his numerous years of performing live (mostly in Beatle tribute bands) was always overshadowed by his love of the engineers seat at the center of a studio mixer. The ability to "produce" a song from its first initial thought, to its completed audio presentation, is a desire that not all musicians feel. Those who do, know exactly where Ron is coming from. Today's technology allows aspiring musicians the ability to independently write, produce, record , and distribute the labors of their love. As with many millions of other Baby-Boomers, Ron's desire to play began on a cold Sunday night in February, 1964. The British were , once again, coming. This time they brought with them the Beatles, and the rest is, as they say, history.Ron has always had a "few" tunes in his head, but when his teenage son became old enough to contribute the missing link to the rhythm section, all of the above became reality. Ron does play all of the instruments heard on these tracks, while his son, Jeff, contributes all of the drum and percussion tracks.Four very good friends lend their talent in the vocal department, which ties everything together. These vocal contributors (Ron M, Gil, Dave, and Denny C) are all highly regarded as true Beatles sound-alikes! But that is a story for another time. Their Beatles covers have been recognized from the West Coast to Liverpool, England. Some of them have even performed at the world famous Cavern Club! Be on the lookout for a Beatles cover CD highlighting their undeniable talent! Until then , sit back, relax, and enjoy the tunes of this era-CLASSIC British POP-ROCK
