The Cowpie Blues Festival was begun in 2002 by a bunch of blues music loving folks that wanted to bring live blues music to an outdoor festival audience. In 2007 the folks at The Cowpie decided it was time to record the festival. “We Got A Live One Here” is a compilation of the highlights of the day’s performances. The Cowpie Blues Festival is an annual event that takes place on the second weekend of August in Western Michigan.
