Cool Waters.
A spirited, acoustic album. Essentially a live album, the rhythm guitar, drums, bass, and vocals were recorded at once in a lively jam session. Only harmonies and lead guitar were added afterward. Recorded at Knuffknick Studios in the middle of winter, fingers were freezing, but the music came out sounding warm and earthy. This is still a favorite. For best results, you should be driving on the road to the outdoors.
About the Artist: Craig Enger has written and composed more than 200 songs. Primarily a self-taught guitarist, he studied classical guitar briefly, and later with fingerstyle virtuoso Duck Baker. His focus though has always been original songwriting, with acoustic rhythms, sweet harmonies, and something to say.

Great album...nice, easy listening
author: S. SchwarzExcellent album, keeps you coming back for more. Looking forward to hearing future music from this incredibly gifted songwriter.
Classic storyteller, great stories!
author: T. Boltik, Springfield VAWith an easy storytelling style and melodies that stay in your mind, this album is good listening. The title cut is like a breath of cool, fresh mountain air on a hot city street. Craig Enger's voice carries the music and lyrics through, and brings the listener down a trail of memories of places where they have been, and of experiences they've lived. A great album, by an artist that hopefully we'll be hearing alot more from!
