Sunny Side Up


This is, as it turns out, my 16th CD. All original maerial, written over a span of maybe 15 years. Mostly in the 'jazz fusion' vein, but with a few experimental touches here and there. The majority of my CDs involve other musicians, but this is one of my solo flights. All the guitars, keyboards, bass and percussion you hear here were done by myself. Hope you enjoy Sunny Side Up!

SAM CRAIN has had over 30 years experience in bands of virtually all styles, not only as guitarist but bassist and keyboardist as well, and for audiences all over the US, in Canada and Japan. A graduate of Peabody Conservatory of Music with a degree in music composition, Sam has written a variety of classical works in most media from solo instrument to full orchestra. His CDs have sold throughout the US(including Hawaii!), and in Canada, Japan, France, Australia *, Hong Kong, Taiwan, England, Ireland, Germany, Russia, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, Lithuania, Kuwait and Switzerland.
