Michael has played in other bands since 1989 when he lived in Russia. He came to play for the Lewis and Clark festival in 1991 and was featured in a cover story in Willamette Week (Portland Ore) in December 1991. He also played live and were interviewed on Channel 6 (Koin TV) on January 7th 1992.
