This is an absolutely fantastic album of original prog/power metal at its finest. After listening to the samples I had "The Shrine" stuck in my head for weeks until I bought the album - I just had to find out where the song went after that first tantalising 2 minutes. Every track is a winner. The songs are beautifully constructed; intricate but not needlessly so. The musicianship is first rate, every player performs excellently. The use of classical guitar interludes as well as real strings adds a fantastic quality to the songs. The production is excellent. If you are a prog metal fan, I cannot recommend this highly enough.
