You may have to peel him away from this track. Its just like that. Think: A melodic anthem to simply “Think”. Cristopolis captures his own personal upbringing painting the picture of his own personal encounters and ultimately sharing how one can rise through the malcontents of life. He continues in this track to provide suggested resolutions on how resilient one may be to overcome obstacles of life and stay focused to that which drives each one of us individually. 3 Hombres: Wow! Can anyone say, “thought provoking!” Hip-Hop storytelling at its best! Profound content. Cristopolis utilizes his philosophical and theological arena of 3 men, different thought processes and beliefs, yet one common theme. He brings back around the elements to include the listener in the song and poses the clever question…….. Which one are you? Caliente: Masterfully composed track with live vocal and musical energy for Latinos to chant to. Cristopolis demonstrates wonderfully how he rides the melody of the music with his delivery and flowing techniques incorporated with his clever phonetics in this track in correlation with the timing of the scratches. The Prince: A mélange of different components such as a verbal mission statement, his philosophy and the elements that define Cristopolis as I interpreted it when listening to this track. Cristopolis provides a portal through his lyrical mind. He illustrates this entire collection in this track. Listen to this track before you listen to the other tracks. When you are done listening to the collection, listen to this track again. You will find yourself in amazement. Overall, the entire collection of artistic works by Cristopolis are a “must have” for anyone that truly loves and appreciates hip-hop. Thinking Hip-Hop is a flavorful ingredient that resonates thru out this diverse collection of music. The aftertaste if you will, positively provokes one’s thoughts. This particular cd really moves me because it exemplifies the "Thinking Hip-Hop" movement. CRISTOPOLIS has truly found a way to uplift through the power of his words. His messages are profound. This cd is excellent, it keeps you dancing while elevating consciousness. It truly is a must buy!!!
