CROWN DELUXE Vol.1 "Love Notes" is the highly anticipated third album from CROWN aka Tajh Abdulsamad most commonly known as one-forth of the late 80's, early 90's Motown Records multi platinum selling teen sensation THE BOYS. CROWN is all grown up and producing soulful heart inspired music and is branding a unique sound that is all his own. Apart from flexing his vocal skills, CROWN also wrote, arranged, produced, and mixed the entire album. To say that I have a favorite song on “Love Notes” would dismiss the carried majestic captivity that thrives throughout such a credible production. Tajh's being is clearly eager to master range, melodies, harmonies, and formats,… a quest that may never end, and the way Crown gets along with music,…I don’t feel he’d want it to. “Love Notes”, is his super-charged up desire to be felt forever. This installment of “Crown Deluxe” emits graceful vocabulary... sung in high pitches… caught by clear and passionate soul-saturating instrumentation. In order to deliver such a “focused” album, one would have to be a hermit, understanding the importance of his work, Godly direction, and power in his vulnerability. I like Abdulsamad’s honesty. The vocals are as pretty as blue violets, and he uses music to transmit the humility and courage that love bares. I can see “Love Notes”, orbiting around this planet, mending heartbreak and birthing an increased understanding of endurance. The artist “Crown” has a heart that loves, and has affirmed with this offering that love is expansive.

I Loved it.
I honeslty liked the songs. None of the songs made me want to turn off the radio like these pathetic songs on the radio now and days. Its very relaxing to me. You are def not like other artist, you have a unique kind of different thing about you and your music and thats a good thing. I def liked the songs, especially the intro songs and "damn those eyes".

Really Nice!
This is a very good album. I ordered the physical CD and it came well packaged. CROWN is a very solid producer and songwriter and this well edited album shows a growth in song selection. Where he shines is as a vocalist. I think CROWN's delivery is what really sells the album; you can tell he believes these words and these moods and that translates well to listeners. Love Notes is a thematic album, to a certain degree, and that narrowing in scope allowed CROWN to focus. He sounds tighter and more focused here than in past works, which is a good thing. Love Notes is really very good. I recommend it.

Love Notes is a breath of fresh air within an industry that promotes degradation and materialism!!! Its sensual, erotic and inspirational at the same time; it stimulates you mentally and physically. Tajh's lyrical composition proves that genuine love is still prevalent within today's society. This is a phenomenal CD and I enjoy every track! On numerous occasions, I keep it on repeat.
