Album Notes

The Somnambulist is a concept album by the Athens alterna-theatrical rock fourpeice Crumbling Arches. It features a wide variety of genres, each song having been individually musically tailored to its lyrical subject matter, making for a strangely diverse but powerfully cohesive piece of musical-art. It tells the tale of a dissatisfied corporate corpse who, in a desperate attempt to pursue the dreams of his youth, chops apart his house with a hatchet and takes to sea in a boat built from its remains.
