“A world class effort… this is one great CD. Deeperworlds never disappoints the listener with each track building on the last and leaving you with a complete picture. Highly recommended.”
- Ambient Visions
“While we’re here my favorite ambient album of the year: Mystical Sun Deeperworlds. Inventive programming, cut & paste surrealism, surging, almost anthemic grooves and deceptively haunting melodies.”
- John Diliberto, Echoes Radio
“Mystical Sun manages to take the listeners on a subtle journey through ambient, dub, abstract visions, and even upbeat progressive grooves all suspended in an aqueous transmission. A very pleasant surprise.”

Primal mysticism with cinematic overtones
author: Zephyr
I first heard the artist \'Mystical Sun\' at the BLUEMARS \'Music for the Space Traveller\' site. This led me to the Waveform Records site were Mystical\'s cuts are featured on various (4 A. D. and others) compilation CD\'s. Later investigation led me to Last.FM for a more in-depth listening experience. The first cut \'2012\' is a blistering, plugged-in, jazz-ambient tour-de-force. Deeperworlds moves from mysticism, to tribalistic beats, to electronic dub/funk and emphasized rhythmic wizardry. Mystical\'s sound always acts like a aural catharsis, where the ride is much more important, than the destination. His approach is much more fully realized, than say Moby. If your familiar with: Zero One, Sounds from the Ground, Code Indigo, Hooverphonic, and Bluetech, then Mystical, will deliver on many different subconscious levels. It could even be called a type a ambient acid-jazz with cinematic effect for added kick.
