Cynthia ia an artist, minister and transformational specialist. She has worked with individuals, couples, corporations and conducts healing workshops Internationally. The Shadows to Light series was created as a thesis in a master's program in Spiritual Psychology. Therapists, counselors and healers use the CD's in workshops, seminars and in individual sessions. Many people also use this CD for personal transformational work. Track One is a guided mediation and track 2 uses the same music to create a space to continue the work begun in the meditation.
