Album Notes

Rock n' Roll, Fire, and Girlies. That pretty much sums up the Choose Your Own Adventure experience. CYOA began in the spring of 2001 and has become a ROCK AND ROLL MACHINE on a direct warpath headed for yo mamma. Their songs have been called "passionate...with interesting vocal style" but that's pussy shit. CYOA is about ROCK N' ROLL, that's right, chicks and fire...got that.

They write whiny emo songs about girls, sticking with your bro's, and 80's movies (Like we didn't all want to be Michael J. Fox in "Back to the Future II" when he got to ride a hoverboard!) CYOA (Steve Penta and Jared Piccone) spawned from ex-members of Since the Fall and D'arey October...but that was all pussy shit. Come out to a CYOA show and see what all the ruckus is about. The live band features a super group line-up with members of The Afterglows and The I in Team.... with surprise guests coming and going. If you've ever been dumped, had your ears flicked in school, ejaculated prematurely, or set things on fire for no reason, then this is the band for you.

Check out the website for all the happenings in the CYOA world, and be sure to check out their live shows up and down the east coast of the USA. Buy the new CD release on drp records NOW! Rokk lives...and it starts with a "C" and ends with "venture"!

cool songs by uncool people.

cyoa is f bomb dropping mother fucking kick ass in yo face, and cd baby is cool too. in the special requests section of the order form where one would usually make a request such as, "leave on back porch". I told them to cover the package with kisses from a hot chick wearing lipstick. i didn't think much of it but i'll be damned if the envolope my cd was in wasn't covered in lipstick. I'm assuming if they kept their word as far as the kisses, then they probaly kept the promise that the kisses were from hot girls. attn hot girls that kissed my envolope. i love you and i am very submisive, you can rule my life and i'll be yours for ever. my aim is travLOSER. i love you ........

Choose Your Own Adventure is the loudest emo rock you have ever heard. The lyrics are definently Songs From The Heart. The song about making out, the song about, drama, and the song about driving really far to see a girl, are perfect for anyone who has ever been dumped by a girl, and absolutley hates them. The lyrics are catchy and relatable yet funny.

The best screaming about girls dumping you I've ever heard. The musicianship is stunning! Great hook filled songs that stick in your head. Listen to A Song About Making Out. The part about if you break my heart...I'll break your legs made me laugh out loud. Buy this.
