Album Notes

This album was placed on hold for quite a while as I was working with several other people on their albums. I guess that was good because it gave me time to decided if I wanted to document my personal feelings in songs. Some of the songs on this album that are based on true experiences are: Always In My Heart ( my most painful experience of a broken heart), You Bring Me Joy ( one of the most beautiful love experiences known to me), Inside ( the way I felt on the way to an inevitable divorce), Baby I’m Sorry ( I disappointed her and was too ill to go Mobile, Alabama to say “I’m sorry“. So I wrote the song. Lovely Lady ( I stopped on the side of I-20 near Jackson, Mississippi and wrote about a lovely lady in Opelika, Alabama. I guess it would save a lot of time if I just mentioned that the only songs on this album that are not based on my experiences are, Naw Naw Baby, I could Never Love Another, and Hello What’s Your Name.
